Meet the Owner

Michael Morings » Director of Operations

Mr. Michael Morings started Dynamic Property Management in 2007 and renamed the company Dynasty Property Management & Sales in 2010. Having over 20 years of Real Estate Investment and Property Management experience, Mr. Morings helps to ensure owners and investors quality service and advice with their Assets.

Michael worked as an Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing Urban Development in New Jersey and North Carolina for more than 9 years managing multifamily apartment complexes and affordable housing units. Mr. Morings currently works with non-profit organizations, Investment groups, Homeowner Associations and private owners helping them to manage their assets positioning each property with greater cash flow and increased value.

A licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, also an Accredited Residential Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management, Mr. Morings also serves as the Broker-in-Charge for the firm. Michael has managed portfolios in excess of over 45 million dollars and has positioned each property with greater cash flow and viability based on sound management principles.

Dynasty has been rated “Superior” by the U.S Department of Housing Urban Development with respect to financial reporting also policy and procedures in Property Management. Michael believes that increasing owner profits while improving the quality of life of renters creates harmonious communities. A native of New Jersey, Mr. Morings attended Morgan State University, majoring in Business Administration and Finance. He relocated to Charlotte, NC in 2004 and has been active in the community ever since.

Felicia Morings » Business Development

Felicia Morings is a brand and educational strategist who partners with organizations, nonprofits, and schools to grow their personal and professional brands, human-to human. She is an experienced and enthusiastic professional educator with over 15 years of experience delivering dynamic learning materials and facilitating highly effective training programs. She has a Master’s degree in Educational Administration; have gained certifications in Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instructional Specialist, Principal (K-12) and Elementary Education. Her learning and development expertise have afforded her the privilege to serve as school leader, director, trainer, and project manager.

After spending nearly a decade working with non-profits and schools in PR and branding, Felicia knows what truly drives change and now helps in defining Dynasties continued road to success. She loves to make use of her expertise in conducting needs assessment and goal setting to ensure consumer comprehension and transformative learning experiences. She leads with knowledge and passion. Felicia insists, Success is driven by how well you can connect with the heart- beat of the people you are trying to help. Felicia is CLIENT FOCUSED AND RESULTS DRIVEN.

Felicia holds a NC Real Estate Broker’s license and is active in working with Investors and First time home owners.

Shanna Wiley » Realtor/Property Manager

Shanna started her real estate career in 2006. She has a wealth of Real Estate knowledge having worked in various aspects of real estate, mortgage processor, loan officer, property manager and most importantly homes sales. Shanna understands all aspects of the real estate transaction and are driving by results.

In Shanna's practice of real estate she is known for her great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. Shanna is very active in her church and community and spends most of her free time with her teenage daughter. A top producer closing out over 3 Million in Sales in 2018, Shanna continues to be a top agent with Dynasty Property Management & Sales, LLC.
