Founded in November 2007 under the former name of Dynamic Property Management, LLC, and re-established as Dynasty Asset Management & Sales, LLC in November 2010 to broaden the scope of our services.  We are a full service property management company headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Our portfolio consists of both market rate and subsidized multifamily housing communities.
